Position Overview:
An exceptional leadership opportunity for a General Ob/Gyn physician to serve as Division Chief, overseeing a dynamic team within a leading integrated healthcare system. This role blends clinical care, academic involvement, strategic development, and mentorship in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.
Position Highlights:
Lead a team of 21 Generalist Ob/Gyn physicians and 12 ambulatory APCs
Work collaboratively with midwifery, MFM, OB hospitalists, and subspecialty teams
Division includes Complex Family Planning and Pediatric/Adolescent Gynecology
Advance strategic priorities, quality, safety, and patient experience goals
Protected administrative time for leadership responsibilities
Drive innovation aligned with system-wide initiatives
Mentor and support faculty in professional growth and academic engagement
Department Highlights:
Integrated, collaborative department model
Region s largest midwifery division (20+ CNMs)
Comprehensive subspecialty support: MFM, MIGS, REI, Gyn Onc, Urogynecology
Approx. 600 deliveries annually in the division
Focus on minimally invasive gynecologic surgery
Academic & Educational Environment:
Engage with medical students, residents, and fellows through the regional campus
Only Ob/Gyn residency in the US co-located with a Midwifery Education Program
Department includes 24 Ob/Gyn residents, fellowships in MFM and Urogynecology

Qualifications:
Board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure
Proven leadership skills with experience in academic or clinical leadership
