We have a variety of positions available including fixed term and permanent positions, at both of our York and Scarborough sites . These will be discussed in further detail at interview.
You will have established competence in clinical core skills, including cannulation, perineal repair, induction of labour methods, theatre cases and others.
You will have a strong desire to demonstrate, teach and supervise to build confidence and competence. You will value evidence and audit to inform training design and delivery.
You will have creative ideas and initiative for clinical scenario teaching, providing hands on training to preceptorship midwives, return to practice midwives and a variety of practice development across the MDT.
You will be agile and visible - creating work based learning by providing opportunities for planned teaching, pop-up learning, opportunistic drills and other continuous improvement through learning.
