Ferring+You
You will be responsible for executing the Brand Plan and accelerating portfolio growth for our Reproductive Medicine franchise, which includes key brands for the business. Your role will involve promoting these brands through innovative marketing activities across multiple channels in the customer journey including face-to-face and digital platforms.
Your day at Ferring
As a Product Manager you will be responsible for:
Operational plan and tactics
- Design and adaptation of international marketing strategy to local market.
- Translation of strategy to the creation of a detailed tactical and operational plan, aligned with global strategy
- Creation and adaptation of promotional materials including digital and face to face sales materials as well as patient support materials
A&P planning and spend
- A&P planning and tracking phased by project and month
- Input into sales budget forecast and reforecasting through the year
Market insights
- Tracking product, market and competition through the year. Work in collaboration with analytics lead to understand sales and track success of campaigns. Propose corrective actions.
Meetings
- With the NSM plan and lead 1to 2 sales meetings per year.
- Presentation of promotional materials and insights/ trends at kick off meetings and training of Sales Representatives and other stakeholders in the business
- Plan and lead key IVF conferences during the year particularly FSANZ and ANZREI
Relationships
- Collaboration with the sales team and medical as well as key functions including Regulatory and Finance.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with KEEs and key societies. Spend time in field (1 day per month) with the purpose of validating messaging and tactical implementations, gain insights

To be successful in this role, you should have the following competencies:
- Degree in marketing, business or health related field required
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in specialty products and ideally women’s health would be highly regarded
- Strong operational marketer with a focus on tactical execution, including strong digital capabilities to drive the Reproductive Medicine brands
- Excellent project management and organization, managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring timely delivery
- Good financial acumen, with the ability to budget and manage financial resources effectively
- Leadership and Team Collaboration: leading the operational and tactical element of the brand promotion and fostering collaboration across sales and medical.
- Strong market research and analysis skills, using market insights and analysing brand data to inform marketing decisions
- Digital marketing proficiency. Expertise in digital channels, including email communication and other digital communication channels.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey brand messages clearly and persuasively
