Role Description: Obstetrician-Gynecologist (OB/GYN)
This is a full-time, on-site position at Jamia Darussalam Hospital, Oomerabad, near Ambur.
The OB/GYN will be responsible for:
- Managing all aspects of pregnancy, labor, and delivery
- Conducting regular antenatal, intranatal, and postnatal care
- Performing gynecologic surgeries (open and minimally invasive)
- Diagnosing and treating disorders of the female reproductive system
- Providing counseling and education on women's health issues
- Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team for holistic patient care
- Participating actively in patient safety and quality initiatives

Qualifications:
- MBBS with MS/MD/DNB in Obstetrics and Gynecology (recognized by MCI/NMC)
- Valid Tamil Nadu Medical Council Registration
- Strong knowledge in Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Gynecologic surgeries
- Excellent clinical, surgical, and patient communication skills
- Ability to handle high-risk pregnancies and emergencies
- Willingness to work as an in-house doctor and participate in night duties on a rotation basis
- Prior experience in hospital/clinical settings is desirable but freshers are also encouraged to apply
