First Choice Health Centers is looking for a Certified Nurse Midwife to manage the care of patients in the antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum periods as well as provide non-surgical gynecologic care. This position is located at our 110 CT Blvd outpatient clinic in East Hartford, CT.

- The Starting base compensation for this position is $115k. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, certifications, etc.

Experience and Training:
- Graduate of accredited Nurse Midwife Program
- Board Certification through the American Midwifery Certification Board
- License to practice midwifery in the state of CT
- Federal and State Controlled Substance Licenses
- BLS Certification
Duties and Responsibilities
Instructs and counsels patients regarding compliance with prescribed therapeutic regimens, normal growth and development, family planning, emotional problems of daily living, and health maintenance. Develops and implements patient management plans, records progress notes, and assists in provision of continuity of care.
