We are seeking a per-diem PACU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and deliver exceptional post-anesthesia care in a supportive, patient-focused environment. If you’re passionate about women’s health, have experience in post-anesthesia recovery, and thrive in a collaborative setting, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Perform pre- and post-procedure assessments and document in RESource.
Verify patient identification, medical history, and consents.
Ensure equipment and supply needs are met, following clinic purchasing policies.
Monitor recovery and provide timely documentation of patient care.
Adhere to infection control, OSHA, HIPAA, and clinic safety standards.
Support physicians and anesthesiologists by processing supply requests efficiently.
Assist RN team with lab data entry during cycle breaks.
Educate patients on treatment protocols, injections, and cycle progression.
Offer emotional support and anticipatory guidance during treatment cycles.
Communicate results and next steps in a clear, compassionate manner.

Qualifications

RN (BSN preferred) must hold a valid state RN in NY.
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in women’s health or physician practice required; IVF experience preferred.
Excellent communication, patient counseling, and assessment skills.
Proficient in medical software and documentation systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and travel to satellite sites as needed.

Compensation: $44- $47 per hour
