Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller located in Kolkata at Nova IVF Fertility. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential patients, explaining fertility treatment services, scheduling appointments, and maintaining patient records.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in telesales or customer service
- Knowledge of fertility treatments and procedures is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
