Key Responsibilities:
• Perform IVF lab procedures including oocyte retrieval, fertilization (IVF/ICSI), embryo culture, and embryo transfer
• Ensure compliance with laboratory protocols and quality control standards
• Handle cryopreservation of gametes and embryos
• Maintain detailed records and documentation for each patient cycle
• Work closely with the clinical and nursing team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in lab audits, inventory management, and equipment maintenance
• Stay updated with advancements in embryology and contribute to lab improvements
Must Have:
• BSc & MSc in a relevant field
• Valid License in Clinical Embryology
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF) Laboratory
