Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Clerk to join our team at Great Start MIHP. IThe ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various clerical tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors as they arrive at the facility, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls, using phone systems, ensuring effective phone etiquette
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain organized records and files,supporting office management activities
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing,photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Provide bilingual support to enhancecommunication with diverse clientele (ifapplicable).
- Collaborate with team members to ensuresmooth office operations.
- Ability to work independently
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and otheroffice software applications.
- Strong data entry skills with attention todetail.
- Excellent computer literacy includingfamiliarity with office equipment.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancingcommunication capabilities.
- Knowledge of office management practicesand procedures is advantageous.
- Strong phone etiquette and experiencehandling phone systems effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks whilemaintaining a professional demeanor.
