Are you a logistics-savvy problem-solver with a passion for operational excellence and customer satisfaction? We’re looking for a Customer Service & Logistics Associate to ensure the seamless flow of goods across Latin America. In this role, you’ll support warehousing in Panama—playing a vital part in the coordination of logistics, compliance, and customer service.
Please note: The ideal candidate must be based in Portugal and able to work aligned with the Mexico time zone. Spanish proficiency is required.
Your day at Ferring
- Oversee planning, warehousing, and shipping to guarantee continuity of product supply.
- Support monthly sales forecasting and reporting activities from the logistics side.
- Ensure accurate documentation for all exports and maintain compliance with international trade regulations.
- Optimize export flows and ensure alignment with LATAM trade requirements.
- Communicate product requirements and align them with customer orders while ensuring Regulatory Affairs and Quality standards are met.
- Issue accurate invoices, and commission documents based on correct pricing and payment terms.
- Coordinate deliveries to ensure timely and compliant transportation and distribution.
- Track shipments and confirm fulfillment in systems such as SAP and Trackwise, while investigating and resolving any deviations.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct physical and cycle counts, and generate reports.
- Create and manage sales orders in SAP, ensuring accurate item allocation and pricing.
- Act as the main point of contact for resolving logistics challenges, including recalls, quality issues, and traceability investigations.
Behind our Mission…There’s you
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in logistics, customer service, and trade compliance within LATAM region, preferably.
- Strong knowledge of export processes and import/export regulations.
- Proficiency in Excel, English, and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Based in Portugal and available to work in Mexico time zone hours.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, NAVISION, and JDA systems.
- Impeccable Customer Focus mindset, you put client satisfaction at the center of every decision.
- You have a strong grasp of logistics and supply chain processes.
- You love challenges and know how to resolve them fast and effectively.
- You thrive in dynamic environments and always stay on top of priorities.
