Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care in an OBGYN setting. This position requires a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Duties
- Their duties encompass a wide range of tasks, including taking patient histories, performing physical exams, diagnosing and treating illnesses, ordering and interpreting tests, and prescribing medications
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
- Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results to guide patient management.
- Document all patient interactions accurately in the electronic health record system (experience with Athena is preferred).
- Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- Valid state license to practice as a Physician Assistant.
- Experience in OBGYN office settings is preferred; familiarity with coding is a plus.
- Strong clinical skills with experience in an office setting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.

Pay: $105,000.00 - $120,121.00 per year
