Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Midwife to join our Robust Healthcare Team. The Midwife will be responsible for providing clinic and hospital delivery services including prenatal care, labor and delivery assistance, and postpartum care.
Responsibilities
- Conducting prenatal assessments and providing prenatal care
- Assisting in labor and delivery, ensuring the safety and well-being of both mother and baby
- Performing postpartum assessments and providing postnatal care
- Educating patients on family planning, prenatal nutrition, and breastfeeding
- Conducting diagnostic evaluations and interpreting test results
- Collaborating with obstetricians/gynecologists (Ob/Gyn) and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care
Qualifications
- Acute care skills with a focus on women's health
- Proficiency in patient care, pain management, and triage
- Familiarity with family planning methods and counseling
- Experience in diagnostic evaluation and interpretation of medical tests
- Knowledge of primary care practices in a medical office setting
- Background in obstetrics/gynecology (Ob/Gyn) services
- Previous experience working in a hospital or clinical environment
