Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse, located in Kathmandu. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, including assessing and recording patient symptoms and medical histories, administering medications and treatments, and educating patients and their families on treatment plans. The role also includes collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans and ensuring the comfort and wellbeing of patients.
Qualifications
- Clinical skills in patient care, administering medications, and conducting diagnostic tests
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and counsel patients and families
- Collaboration and teamwork skills to work efficiently with physicians and other healthcare providers
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate patient record-keeping
- Experience in specialized fields like Neurology, Infectious Diseases, or Emergency Care is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent
- Valid RN license and certification relevant to Nepal's healthcare system
