With 100+ locations and over 400 OB/GYNs and specialists across the country, Women’s Care provides comprehensive patient care in obstetrics, gynecology, gynecologic oncology, urogynecology, gynecologic pathology, breast surgery, genetic counseling, maternal fetal medicine, laboratory services, and fertility.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the Women’s Care marketing strategy and ensuring execution of strategically aligned tactics. This individual will exhibit a clear understanding of vision, initiatives, and strategies as delivered by the CEO and Operations. The Marketing Manager will exhibit a mastery in digital marketing and PR to contribute to high-level collaboration with leadership. This individual must possess strong leadership skills and will have oversight of the marketing team including translating vision, management of projects, and responsibility of driving timely results.
- Translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies tied directly to P&L, topline growth targets, and internal KPIs.
- Own strategy and optimize spend to drive growth and meet goals across SEO, SEM, display, paid social, and affiliate channels.
- Test, scale, and optimize digital marketing personalization tactics and segmentation strategies.
- Develop performance dashboard to demonstrate how strategies delivered against objectives and present results to senior leadership on a regular cadence.
- Provide best practices and spend optimization recommendations to regional leads in collaboration with meeting regional strategic initiatives.
- Develop a top-notch, high functioning, dynamic team and provide marketing leadership with a focus on establishing the tools to support rapid growth.
- Demonstrate and embody the Women’s Care mission and core values.
- Compliance with all HIPAA rules, regulations, and guidelines.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media, business administration, mass communication, advertising, public relations or a related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years progressive marketing experience for a medium/large healthcare organization.
- Proven ability to leverage multiple data sources, analyze, and execute rapid test and learn strategies.
- Strong decision-making skills including responsibility for contracting, agency and vendor oversight.
- Deep expertise in ad/web/email analytics and expert level excel capabilities.
- Experience building, managing, and leading a dynamic team.
- Experience with growth-stage companies and highly skilled in change management.
- Video editing and post-production experience.
- Advertising, graphic design marketing, public relations experience a plus.
- Must be dependable, reliable, and punctual.
