Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust provides a CQC Outstanding rated Maternity Service to the women and pregnant people of Surrey and the surrounding areas. Supporting the births of 3200 babies a year, our midwives, obstetricians and support workers are dedicated to providing personalised maternity care and parent education that adapts to the needs of the parents. Deliver high standards of care, ensuring that each woman’s journey to motherhood is an individualised experience. Our robust preceptorship programme with dedicated clinical support will support new midwives to develop the skills and ability to work confidently across the maternity pathway, in both the hospital and the community setting as part of a continuity of carer team.
