POMA Fertility, a Pacific Northwest leader in IVF and fertility care, has an exciting opportunity for an RN. We are currently seeking a full-time Fertility Nurse Coordinator to join our professional team at our Kirkland location! Our team of expert providers, nurses, lab, and support staff offer personalized care with compassion, helping to make dreams of parenthood a reality. This opening is for a full-time, Monday-Friday 40 hours/week on-site position. Includes occasional weekend and holiday coverage. Day shift only, no nights required. Clinic hours are 7am-4pm, with shifts surrounding these hours to accommodate patient and operational needs. Ability to transition to 4x10s once trained. Clinic is located in Kirkland, WA on the EvergreenHealth campus with easy access via I-405.
Responsibilities
- As a Fertility Nurse Coordinator, you will be integral to providing care to patients throughout their fertility journey from diagnostic testing to treatment and outcome.
- Utilize skill and judgment in applying basic principles of professional nursing
- Telephone triage with patients regarding medication, treatment plans, and test results
- Maintain patient charting, testing and flow sheets utilizing EMR, IVF databases, and internal tools
- Be responsible for the ongoing communication between the physician and the patient
- Provide patient education on infertility evaluations, medications, treatment protocols and procedures
- Assist with daily clinical monitoring ensuring smooth clinic flow and schedule maintenance
- Coordinate patient cycles with the physicians, including all infertility diagnostic tests and treatment plans (IUI, FET, IVF, etc.)
- Pre-op and post-operative care of patients undergoing surgical procedures related to fertility treatments
- Ability to cross-train and assist with other departments as necessary
Experience /Minimum Qualifications
- Current licensure for Registered Nurse in the State of Washington
- CPR Certification (healthcare provider level)
- Experience with EMR and Microsoft suite of products, HIPAA compliance
- Women's health experience preferred

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
