**Job Title: OB/GYN Nurse**
**Job Summary:** Join our healthcare team as an OB/GYN Nurse, where you will play a crucial role in providing specialized care to obstetric and gynecologic patients. As an OB/GYN Nurse, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care, assisting in procedures, and ensuring the well-being of mothers and babies during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to obstetric and gynecologic patients in various settings such as medical offices, hospitals, and home care environments.
- Assist OB/GYN physicians in procedures related to prenatal care, labor and delivery, and gynecological examinations.
- Manage pain effectively for patients undergoing obstetric or gynecologic treatments.
- Administer medications following proper protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Offer patient education on prenatal care, family planning, and women's health issues.
- Provide senior care services to elderly patients requiring OB/GYN assistance.
**Requirements:**
- Current RN license with specialization in obstetrics and gynecology.
- Proficiency in pain management techniques specific to OB/GYN patients.
- Experience working with children in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to perform medication administration accurately and safely.
- Familiarity with home care practices for postpartum and elderly patients.
- Prior experience in hospital or clinical settings preferred.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program Certification is a must
- Fetal Health assessment (FHS) is a must
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification is preferred

Pay: $80.00-$85.00 per hour
