As our impressive growth continues across the MidAtlantic, we are recruiting for a Full Time LPN for phone triage at Main Line OB/GYN to work primarily in the Collegeville, PA care center.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Evaluate and assess patient’s health care needs based on patient’s signs and symptoms utilizing established triage protocols and guidelines.
- Obtain appropriate input and direction from the provider, as needed, to determine best clinical course of action and recommendations for specific patient health care.
- Accurately document symptoms/complaints, nursing assessment, advice provided and patient/caller response in EMR. Follow policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure consistency and departmental effectiveness as well as improve health care outcomes of patients/callers and their access to appropriate health.
Qualified candidates will have experience:
- a current PA License as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- a degree from an accredited nursing program
- a current CPR certification
- a minimum of 1 year experience working in a medical facility, preferably in an OB/GYN setting.
- Knowledge of CPT coding, lab specific order sets, and eClinicalWorks are beneficial.
- Ability to travel between care center locations in Paoli, Strafford, Collegeville and Exton as required.
