Job Title: Nurse Coaching Lead Analyst
Duration: 6+ Months Assignment
Location: Arden, NC 28704
Schedule: M-F 40 hours per week
Job Description:
Provides advanced professional input to complex Nurse Case Management assignments/projects. Supports and provides direction to more junior professionals. Performs telephone triage to assess member's needs and provide relevant health information to assist member in making health care decisions. Performs thorough symptom assessment of caller's situation using established criteria and protocol. Utilizes established software, written materials, on-line resources and nursing background to provide callers with appropriate medical information. Works autonomously, only requiring “expert” level technical support from others. Exercises judgment in the evaluation, selection, and adaptation of both standard and complex techniques and procedures. Utilizes in-depth professional knowledge and acumen to develop models and procedures, and monitor trends, within Nurse Coaching. RN and current unrestricted nursing license required.
