Job Description
Currently we are looking to hire a
Clinic Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. Overseeing the clinic operationally and commercially, this role will see you take on a range of duties including;
- Staff leadership and development
- Operational Management - oversight of multidisciplinary teams across the clinic, ensuring effective operations and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Supporting the growth of the clinic - working closely with BDM's, Doctors and leadership staff to identify opportunities and
- Doctor engagement - fostering relationships and ensuring smooth operations between our clinic and the specialists.
- Patient Experience - Responsible for the consistent delivery of an exception patient experience. Monitoring survey feedback and NPS scores, resolving escalations and implementing strategies to constantly lift the bar on service delivery.
Qualifications
We are seeking an
experienced Clinic Manager for this role, someone who has ran all facets of a medical practice including operations, commercials, doctor engagement and patient experience. Experience in IVF is essential.
This role presents a real opportunity to make a difference, we are looking for someone who can be proactive about building the clinic, uplifting patient care, strengthening doctor engagement and ensuring smooth operations with a focus on constant improvement
