Role Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to serve as a Clinical Supervisor for our Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHPs). This supervisory role involves conducting weekly case reviews and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care. The position is fully remote.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide weekly supervision to QMHPs through case reviews and consultations.
· Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and ethical standards.
· Offer guidance on complex cases and support professional development of supervisees.
· Collaborate with the management team to enhance service delivery and implement quality improvement initiatives.
· Maintain documentation of supervision sessions in compliance with organizational policies.
· Sign off on SOAP notes in states where you are licensed.
Required Qualifications:
· Active LCSW license in good standing and enrolled with payors; willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
· Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity, in maternal or partner care.
· Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote supervision.
· Strong understanding of maternal mental health and perinatal care.
· Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to equity in mental health care.
· Background in integrating technology, such as VR, into therapeutic practices.
· Prior experience supervising QMHPs or similar roles.
