Job Summary
- Answer patient inquiries and assess medical needs via phone.
- Guide patients to appropriate care and schedule appointments.
- Document triage information and maintain healthcare records.
- Educate patients based on inquiries received.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- One year of healthcare experience preferred.
- Current RN license required.
