In the past ten years, ART Fertility Clinics has established Clinics in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Al ain become the leading institute for Human Reproductive Medicine in the Middle East. As part of the global expansion initiative mandated by Gulf Capital, ART Fertility has expanded its presence in India, commencing operations of 6 IVF clinics across India in 2021 with additional clinics in the pipeline. These clinics provide the most comprehensive range of services including IVF, Male infertility, and genetics.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize predictive models for IVF treatment success using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques.
- Implement machine learning and computer vision techniques to automate processes and enhance clinical decision-making in fertility treatments.
- Design, evaluate, and refine models using hypothesis testing, classification algorithms, simulation techniques, and model evaluation metrics, ensuring comparisons with state-of-the-art (SOTA) baselines.
- Identify and integrate structured and unstructured data sources, ensuring high-quality data collection, cleaning, and validation for accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and apply algorithms for big data processing, conducting error analysis to enhance model performance.
- Analyse data trends and patterns to derive meaningful insights for clinical and research applications, generating high-impact ideas based on gaps and limitations of existing methodologies.
- Manage data pipelines, ensuring seamless model deployment and integration within clinical environments.
- Conduct high-quality and innovative research focused on multi-modal learning, actively prototyping ideas from cutting-edge research.
- Collaborate closely with reproductive medicine specialists to align AI-driven solutions with patient care needs.
- Stay updated on emerging AI and machine learning techniques and maintain high-quality, reproducible research code.
Requirements:
- Master’s or PhD in Data Science, AI, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning, data analysis, and healthcare applications.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, CUDA, OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud AI services.
- Strong knowledge of data mining, mathematics, and statistical analysis.
- Experience working with computer vision and image/video labeling tasks such as classification, object detection, segmentation (semantic & instance).
- Ability to develop, deploy, and maintain scalable AI applications in real-world settings.
- Comfortable in a dynamic, research-driven environment, working on multiple concurrent projects and prototyping from research papers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation in healthcare research.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in scientific reporting and manuscript preparation.
