Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our healthcare team. This role involves providing high-quality patient care, managing lab data, and ensuring effective communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers. You will also participate in quality assurance activities, training new staff members, and conducting advanced telephone triage.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient history intake and preparation
- Collect and manage lab data
- Provide follow-up steps
- Conduct advanced telephone triage functions and participate in research activities
- Act as a liaison between patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Monitor and order supplies
- Perform quality assurance (QA) functions as directed
- Assist with the orientation and training of new personnel and clinical staff
Essential Skills
- NYS RN or LPN License
- 3+ years of nursing experience
- CPR Certification
- Experience in patient care and managed care
- Skills in medical, pediatric, and triage care
- Proficiency with Epic software

Work Environment
This role requires working Monday to Friday from 7 PM to 7 AM, with three 12-hour shifts per week and rotating weekends. We offer a supportive and playful environment focused on learning and growth. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $44.00 - $47.00/hr.
