Job Title: Laboratory Supervisor
Summary: CNY Fertility is a renowned fertility center offering advanced treatments like IVF, IUI, and egg freezing. With a patient-centered approach and cutting-edge technology, we support individuals and couples on their journey to parenthood. Our Laboratory Supervisor will oversee our Andrology and Endocrinology department. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a team player, technically skilled and highly motivated.
Required Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1) Understanding of semen analysis and morphology.
2) Processing semen for inseminations and IVF procedures.
3) Knowledge of sperm freezing.
4) Reproductive hormone analysis using an automated analyzer.
5) Competing urinalysis.
6) Maintaining instrument maintenance, and calibration.
7) Oversight of day-to-day laboratory operations and staff.
8) Compliance with all Federal, state and local laws to ensure laboratory maintains accreditation.

Bachelors of Science degree in Clinical Laboratory Science/ Medical Technology required. One year in supervisory or leadership role. Experience in fertility setting a plus.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. The ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Knowledge, Skills and Other Abilities:
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent computer literacy.
Adequate vision or corrective lenes for sample identification.
Ability to multitask in fast paced environments.
