Business Development Manager eWitness
Would you like to be part of our growth journey? We are looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Manager Sales within the EMEIA region. As a Business Development Manager Sales, you will play a key role in driving the growth and expansion of eWitness sales across EMEIA markets. eWitness is an advanced electronic error-prevention system for the IVF treatment process.
You will be reporting directly to the Vice President Sales & Marketing EMEIA and you will collaborate closely with the Marketing, Regulatory Affairs and Product Managers teams.
Location:
Flexible within Europe, preferably in Spain or Sweden.
Responsibilities
- Drive the expansion of eWitness in EMEIA markets by identifying growth opportunities and fostering innovation.
- Work closely with global marketing and product management to develop targeted sales campaigns and strategic commercial roadmaps.
- Leverage synergies within Vitrolife’s fertility services portfolio to maximize eWitness sales potential.
- Support local account managers and distributors with in-depth product and sales expertise to strengthen regional market presence.
- Define and monitor sales targets and forecasts in collaboration with local account managers and distributors, ensuring alignment with market potential and business objectives.
- Provide strategic input to R&D to ensure eWitness innovations align with market needs, remain commercially viable, and differentiate us from competitors.
Required Skills & Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven sales experience in the fertility market; experience with electronic witnessing systems is a plus.
- Commercial strategy expertise, with a track record of developing and executing successful revenue-driven strategies in healthcare or fertility services.
- Market expansion skills, including the ability to identify and seize new business opportunities.
- Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, key opinion leaders (KOLs), distributors, and internal sales teams.
- Proactive and hands-on mindset, with a results-driven approach.
- Language, excellent English, Spanish is a plus
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
