YOUR ROLE : CREATIVE STRATEGIST & VIDEO EDITOR
We are looking for a Creative Strategist & Video Editor Intern to bring SOVA’s brand to life through compelling video content. You will play a key role in shaping our social media presence, advertising strategy, and overall brand storytelling.
You’ll be working closely with Eva (Co-Founder & Head of Growth), the Digital Marketing Manager, the Country Managers, Névène (Graphic Designer), and Emma (Communications Manager) to create impactful video content across multiple platforms (organic and paid social, website, and more).
We need someone with a strong creative vision, a deep understanding of performance-driven content, and solid video editing skills to produce high-converting ads and engaging social media content.
In the long run, this role has the potential to evolve into an apprenticeship or CDI as SOVA continues to scale. 🚀
YOUR MISSIONS:
🎥 VIDEO PRODUCTION & EDITING
- Edit and produce high-quality, engaging video content for paid ads, organic social media, and website.
- Ensure content is optimized for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Create short-form, high-impact videos aligned with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Maintain and refine a consistent visual and storytelling style across all content.
✍️ COPYWRITING & SCRIPTWRITING
- Write compelling, high-converting scripts for video content (ads, social media, website, and more).
- Develop storytelling frameworks that engage and resonate with our audience.
- Adapt messaging and tone to fit different platforms and campaign objectives.
📈 CREATIVE STRATEGY & PERFORMANCE MARKETING
- Develop and test new creative concepts for ads (motion design, UGC-style videos, storytelling formats, etc.).
- Analyze video performance metrics and iterate based on data insights.
- Benchmark competitors and industry trends to ensure SOVA stays ahead with innovative content.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure alignment between organic and paid content strategies.
📊 DATA ANALYSIS & OPTIMIZATION
- Understand and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for video content and ad creatives.
- Use data to optimize video formats, messaging, and storytelling for better engagement and conversion.
- Provide actionable insights based on performance reports to refine future content strategies.
🌍 CROSS-TEAM COLLABORATION & CONTENT MANAGEMENT
- Collaborate with the team to develop content strategies that support key marketing campaigns.
- Brainstorm and propose creative ideas based on audience insights and market trends.
- Support the production of brand and product videos for our website and communication materials.
- Manage video asset organization and archiving for easy access and repurposing.
WHO YOU ARE:
- A creative mind with strong video editing skills and an understanding of performance-driven content.
- Experience in video editing and motion design (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.).
- 1-3 years of experience in content creation or digital marketing with a focus on video.
- Ability to conceptualize, script, film (bonus), and edit engaging short-form content.
- A good eye for design and storytelling, with an understanding of branding and marketing.
- Passionate about social media trends, advertising, and digital content.
- Strong analytical mindset to track and improve content performance based on data.
- Fluent in French & English (Native French is a plus).
- Passionate about women’s health and wellness (bonus!).
