Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager Doctor Engagement with positions in Bengaluru and Hyderabad. The Manager Doctor Engagement will be responsible for engaging and collaborating with doctors, managing referral patient programs, communication with territory OBGYNs, and overseeing project management tasks. The role will also be to promote, build, establish and promote IVF Access in targeted domestic territories within the respective city via direct marketing camps, patient outreach events and other initiatives

Qualifications

Marketing Skills and Sales Management
Strong Communication and Conversational skills
Experience in healthcare or fertility industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

V. Generated, revenues from new patient registrations by event and referral doctor
Target V. Generated, Revenues from territories.
Footfalls in assessing the effect of events and conferences.
Planned V. Actual marketing events.
Number of physical channels developed to promote IVF Access.
