We are hiring Indian Business Development Executives (3 nos.) from Dubai with valid UAE Driving license.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
- 2–3 years of experience in the healthcare domain are strongly preferred.
- Candidates with good communication skill in English , Hindi and other North Indian languages like Punjabi, Rajasthani, Gujarati etc. would preferred.
Salary Details:
- Salary AED 5000

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to promote IVF services from your assigned region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics to drive business growth.
- Expand market presence through lead generation, networking, and targeted outreach activities, including cold calling.
- Promote our services to healthcare specialists, such as doctors, fertility experts, and gynecologists, to connect with potential patients.
- Organize and participate in medical seminars, conferences, and workshops focused on IVF treatments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and events.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and the company, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to maintain satisfaction and build long-term partnerships.
- Provide timely updates to management on business development activities, client feedback, and market trends.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and outreach efforts.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of IVF treatments and relevant medical terminology to best represent the company and its offerings.
