The Dual Service LPN provides support to the clinical team through participating in Even More Care vigils as needed, running supplies to patients while stewarding the art of compassion through direct patient visits as assigned by the nursing supervisor.Our team is a cohesive group of caregivers dedicated to delivering the crucial support and comfort needed during these vulnerable times. Being a hospice nurse goes beyond administering medical care; it's about exceeding expectations to honor patients' wishes and ensure they experience dignity and comfort. Every day, we have the chance to create meaningful moments for patients and their families, helping them navigate one of life’s most challenging journeys.

Dual Service LPN Qualifications & Responsibilites:
- 1 year of prior skilledLPN experience
- Active unencumbered state LPN License
- CPR certification, copy of TB Results, copy of an updated physical
- Provide Even More Care (sitting vigil) for patients during shift
- Perform routine visits to assigned patients
- Deliver supplies to assigned patients as needed
- Current driver's license and auto liability coverage
Dual Service LPN Schedule:Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AMto 8:30 PM
