Job Description:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote services, programs, and initiatives.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities in the healthcare industry.
Collaborate with internal departments to create marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, digital content, and advertisements.
Coordinate community outreach events, healthcare exhibitions, and educational seminars to raise brand awareness and engage with the local community.
Analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and provide recommendations for optimization.
Build relationships with media, journalists, and influencers to generate positive publicity for the company.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing management within the healthcare industry (pharmaceuticals & hospitals preferred).
Strong understanding of healthcare terminology, regulations, and compliance standards.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex healthcare concepts to diverse audiences.
Experience with market research and data analysis techniques to support strategic decision-making.
Placement: This role will be assigned to one of our business units, Morula IVF Indonesia.
