Joining the most innovative Medical Group nationally focusing on chronic care management, principal care management, and the remote patient monitoring. Your medical group will be partnering with a 471-bed regional medical center located in Northern Virginia.
The Opportunity
" $300,000 Base Salary via 1099
" Overseeing the delivery and oversight of chronic care management services, principal care management services, and remote patient monitoring
" Monday-Friday / 40 Hours Per Week
" NO NIGHTS, NO WEEKENDS, and NO CALL
The Requirements And Preferences
" American Board Certification required
" Active Virginia license preferred but not immediately required
" Outpatient, telemedicine, and management experience
" Occasional paid onsite travel to location in Northern Virginia
" Must reside in Eastern or Central Time zone
" Effective communication skills working with hospital employed group settings
