Your Tasks:
- Plan sales calls and meetings with customer accounts.
- Communicate the benefits of Esco products and services to customers, and provide support through sales training, product info, project/tender documents, quotes, technical assistance, and joint customer visits.
- Implement growth strategies based on the company’s business plan.
-Monitor and analyze sales performance, forecasts, and pipelines for the target area/state/region in collaboration with the direct report Manager.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly marketing reports or/and sales report to the direct report Sales Manager.
- Support new product launches and execute strategies like exhibitions, webinars, email campaigns, and training.
- Translate marketing materials accurately.
-Conduct seminars each month, both in-person and online.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What We Need from You:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biological, Medical, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a related field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Sales and laboratory experience is a plus.
