Founded in 2021 by Eva and Solène, two sisters diagnosed with PCOS, SOVA was born from frustration with the lack of solutions available. Today, we are transforming that frustration into action. YOUR ROLE: Digital Marketing & E-commerce Manager
Your main goal at SOVA is to support Eva (the Co-Founder) the Head of Growth and the country managers in charge of growth, in all e-marketing activities to help drive our online sales performance. With a focus on growth and structuring, you will leverage your skills and motivation to maintain and enhance our existing digital assets while actively contributing to their development.
Your ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and stay organized will make a real difference! More than just skills, we’re also looking for the right personality to join our team.
In the long run, we’re looking for an ambitious talent who can grow within SOVA and take on strategic responsibilities. The goal? To equip you with the skills and ownership to eventually lead SOVA’s growth in France. 🚀
YOUR MISSIONS:
E-COMMERCE
- Manage and update the online store
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the website: understanding customer needs and journeys (A/B testing), creative management.
CRM STRATEGY
- Define and optimize our CRM strategy to boost customer retention and lifetime value.
- Work closely with our external CRM provider to implement, monitor, and continuously improve automated workflows (welcome sequences, abandoned cart, post-purchase, re-engagement, etc.).
- Enhance and refine our loyalty program, leveraging customer insights to drive engagement.
- Ensure effective segmentation and personalization of email campaigns based on customer behavior and purchasing patterns.
- Oversee A/B testing initiatives to optimize email performance and conversion rates.
- Analyze CRM data and performance metrics, providing strategic recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and the CRM provider to ensure seamless integration and alignment with our broader marketing goals.
SEO STRATEGY & TRAFFIC GROWTH
- Drive organic traffic growth by optimizing and strategically positioning key pages to rank higher on search engines.
- Ensure the sustainability of our rankings by continuously monitoring performance, implementing technical SEO best practices, and adapting to algorithm changes.
- Develop and execute a backlink strategy to strengthen domain authority, including outreach to relevant media, blogs, and industry partners.
- Identify new content opportunities based on keyword research and search trends to expand our organic reach.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are applied across all published content.
- Analyze and report on SEO performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize rankings and conversion rates.
PAID ACQUISITION & ADVERTISING STRATEGY
- Oversee creative strategy and production for Meta Ads, ensuring high-performing visuals and messaging.
- Stay ahead of industry trends by conducting ongoing creative research and benchmarking to refine our ad performance.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce ad creatives in-house, from static visuals to videos and motion design.
- Work alongside external media buyers to align on strategy, optimize campaigns, and maximize ROAS.
- Analyze ad performance metrics and continuously test new formats, audiences, and messaging to improve results.
- Ensure alignment between paid and organic content strategies for a cohesive brand presence across all digital channels.
ADDITIONALS TASKS
- Assist in creating web content (videos, banners, testimonials, product demonstrations) and support e-commerce photoshoot preparation
- Manage and coordinate external service providers (SEA & social ads)
- Help refine and enhance SOVA’s e-commerce strategy to drive overall revenue growth
- Implement online commercial actions (promotions, sales, etc.)
WHO YOU ARE
- Highly entrepreneurial, autonomous, and solution-oriented.
- Prior experience in marketing or growth with a strong knowledge in SEO (1-2 years)
- Fluent in English and French
- Passionate about women’s health and wellness (bonus!).
