Lickey ward is looking to recruit a staff nurses to work 23 hours per week. The role covers days/nights/weekends
Our wards are predominantly Nurse and Therapy led allowing our passionate RNs to exercise their clinical practice alongside developing management and leadership skills in a friendly, dynamic and supportive environment.

Main duties of the job
As a Staff Nurse you will be responsible for providing care to people admitted to our ward for rehabilitation, working to uphold the highest standards. We work closely as a multi-disciplinary team. Our focusispromoting the comfort and wellbeing of patients, enablingthemto live as independently as possible. This is a small but friendly team to work with. As a team we encourage ongoing learning and development through reflection and clinical supervision which we try and embed in our daily practice. Our nurses are required to facilitate the day to day running of the ward, administering medications, working alongside all members of the MDT as well as patients, their families and carers to provided 24/7 rehabilitation to enable the highest level of independence and quality of life. Our nurses are required to attend meetings as needed such as MDT and CHC or Discharge Planning.
