The Role
We are seeking a Customer Success Analyst to join our Customer Operations team in Singapore. They are responsible for managing customer support queries, onboarding customers onto our suite of market-leading products and analysing trade data to ensure system requirements are met.
The role will see you working closely with both internal and external stakeholders and is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or analyst with initial industry experience to join a fast-growing fintech. In-depth training will be provided to understand the analytics behind our products.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and our customer usage of these
- Use your analytical abilities to solve customer problems and help ensure their success
- Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to diagnose and resolve support issues
- Build knowledge of financial markets and engineering to better understand our product applications
- Take ownership and ensure best practice processes are created/championed
Requirements
Main Skills/Competencies:
- Recent STEM degree graduate e.g. Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics
- Skilled in a programming/scripting language such as SQL, Python, C#
- Keen problem solver with a results-focussed approach
- Looking for a first step into the analytics field or initial experience in a customer-facing support role
- Ability to work under pressure and exercise clear judgement
- Curious mindset and proactive approach to learning
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Great attention to detail
