We are hiring a Lab Assistant to join our team. The applicant will have an opportunity to learn all aspects of IVF laboratory procedures and be trained in andrology and embryology in the future. It's a great opportunity for fresh graduates with a life science degree or for someone near graduation.

The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in life science, The successful candidate should be a team player, willing to multi-task and detail oriented. Weekend rotation is required.

The main responsibilities of this position are:

1) Supporting the embryologists’ laboratory workflow including daily QC and lab maintenance.

2) Maintain laboratory records, gather information from various data systems, and compile as needed for daily activities.

3) Assist with the frozen reproductive specimen transfer logistic coordination.

4) Organizing and ordering all laboratory supplies, keep in touch with vendors.

5) Communicate and resolve problems associated with specimen collection, labeling, lab requisitions

6) Establish and maintain open lines of communication both internal and external, as needed to effectively promote patient care.

· Bachelor's in biology related field (Required)

Experience:

· Laboratory Experience: 1 year experience is preferred but not necessary

Other: Authorized and eligible to work in the United States

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.16 - $27.49 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
