Purpose of the Position: We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner with multiple state licenses to join our dynamic team. You will provide patient care via telehealth and in-person at our onsite micro-clinics. Your focus will primarily be on Hormone Replacement Therapy, men's health, and women's health.
Essential Responsibilities (90%):
- Conduct consultations in-person, via video, or asynchronously, depending on state telemedicine regulations.
- Utilize our custom EMR to evaluate patient records, diagnose conditions, and prescribe medications.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, including medication management and lifestyle recommendations.
- Adhere to best practices and company-specific policies for diagnosis and treatment.
- Respond promptly and professionally to patient inquiries related to their treatment.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient services.
- Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and cultural competence in all patient interactions.

Education
- Completion of an accredited program resulting in a Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN)
Experience
- 2+ years of nursing experience
Skills & Abilities
- Active Board Certification.
- Active and unencumbered DEA license.
- Minimum of two state licenses.
- Computer and access to reliable internet.
- Competent computer skills.
- Ability to respond to patients quickly and efficiently.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Motivation to contribute to our vision of building the best healthcare team.
- Travel may be required based on location.
- Experience in HRT is a plus, but not required.
