- The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $350,000-$500,000 depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on, loan repayment assistance, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $450,000 - $900,000.

Join Our Team
- Collegial, well-respected team of 6 OB/GYNs, a Midwife, Nurses, Lactation Consultant, and Childbirth Educators.
- Urogynecology, Reproductive and Infertility, and other subspecialties welcome.
- Flexible work schedule that can be designed to meet personal and professional needs. Options include potential for 26 weeks/year or 4-day work week.
- Rounding and call schedule to ensure work/life balance. Weekend call is 1:8, weekday call is 1 day per week.
- Autonomy to determine patient volumes and number of deliveries. Currently 450 - 500 deliveries annually amongst 4 OB physicians.
- Office practice is conveniently located near other women’s health services.
- On-site lab, bone density, mammography, ultrasound, stress testing and monitoring room.
- New outpatient state-of-the-art surgery center; Owned and operated by Quincy Medical Group.
- QMG Birthing Center scheduled to open in early 2025. (No obligation to utilize birth center unless desired.)
- Inpatients will be seen at Blessing Hospital with OB Hospitalists available for backup. The facility has a DaVinci robot and the ability to perform VBACs.
- Enjoy autonomy, joining a physician owned and managed group, allowing for shared insights and collegial support.
- Strong compensation package greater than the 75th percentile. Many physicians are over the 90th percentile.
