Our Fertility Center provides the full range of services, from simple evaluations and recommendations to state-of-the-art reproductive technologies. Patients are seen in a caring environment, where the major emphasis is placed not only on technological excellence, but also on accessibility, personal attention and emotional support. As an RN, you will interact with patients who are receiving a full cycle of infertility treatments. You will assist them with navigating their individual care plans, appointment scheduling and coordinating resources and additional education. This position requires an empathetic, understanding and supportive caregiver who is familiar with the ins and outs of infertility clinics. A caregiver in this position works from 8:00AM – 4:30PM with on-call requirements.
A Caregiver Who Excels In This Role Will
- Provide nursing care to patients undergoing diagnostic or therapeutic services to hospitalized patients in various healthcare settings.
- Assess patients, complete nursing assessments, document findings in patient records and notify physicians of abnormal findings.
- Perform telephone triage and call rotations.
- Perform nursing procedures and administer treatments and medications.
- Establish care plans in collaboration with patients, families and the health care team.
- Coordinate ongoing care, identify discharge needs and facilitate discharge planning.
- Evaluate, initiate and maintain standards of care.
- Educate patients and families.
- Cover other nursing roles in the department.
Minimum Qualifications For The Ideal Future Caregiver Include
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
- One year of recent experience as an RN.
Preferred Qualifications For The Ideal Future Caregiver Include
- Two years of recent experience as an RN.

Physical Requirements
- Full range of motion, manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination
- Standing and walking for extensive periods of time
- Corrected hearing and vision to normal range
- Some exposure to communicable disease or bodily fluids
- Medium Work, exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
- Physical Demand requirements in excess of those for Light Work
