TPMG is seeking a full-time BE/BC OB/GYN Hospitalist Physician to join our team in Santa Rosa, CA.

We are seeking an OB Hospitalist to join our team in Santa Rosa, CA. Schedule: 32 hours per week. Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and some consecutive nights. Must be willing to develop and work on down-time projects. Must have strong patient satisfaction skills. Our unit has 8 Labor & Delivery rooms, two triage beds, 2 ORs, and a 20-bed postpartum unit. The volume includes <200 births/month. We have a Level 2 NICU, one Perinatologist on staff, and in-house Anesthesia and CRNAs 24/7. We have a robust CNM program in-house 24/7. We offer teaching opportunities with medical students from Touro and Family Medicine residents.
Requirements:
- Board Certification or Eligibility
- Must be eligible to obtain a CA medical license or be currently licensed to practice in CA

Full-time annual salary range is $340,020 to $350,040 plus additional potential incentives up to $61,210*. Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available. *Some incentive opportunities are estimates based on potential premium pay.
