Job Summary
Joining a reproductive health team as a Senior Embryologist
Overseeing the embryology laboratory
Ensuring high standards of embryo culture, manipulation, and cryopreservation
Performing complex laboratory procedures related to In Vitro Fertilization (IVF)
Supervising and training junior embryologists and laboratory staff
Developing and implementing laboratory protocols
Monitoring laboratory quality control and compliance
Collaborating with physicians and the clinical team
Assessing embryo quality and reporting findings
Keeping detailed records of laboratory work and patient data
Staying updated on advancements in embryology techniques and technologies
Engaging in continuous professional development
Performing other duties as assigned by the laboratory director or supervisor
Required to have a Bachelor’s Degree in a biological science and minimum 3+ years’ experience in a clinical laboratory setting
Must have good written and verbal communication skills
