An exciting opportunity has arisen for an obstetric sonographer to join the maternity scanning department within NHS Grampian. This is a busy outpatient department providing all aspects of obstetric sonography and fetal medicine. The maternity scanning departments in NHSG provide over 35,000 scans per year.
There is a 9 months fixed term post (29.6 hrs per week) currently available within the department for a sonographer trained in all aspects of obstetrics.
You should be an enthusiastic and driven individual who works well in a team and has excellent communications skills. You should have a post graduate certification in obstetric ultrasound as well as evidence of continuing professional development within this field.
