Gameto is seeking a strong Embryology Leader to be part of a dynamic & laser focused execution team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead embryology training for 15 sites in our phase 3 trial in the USA providing on site training to clinical teams in different states. Available to provide ongoing clinical training and support as needed.
- Customer clinic onboarding & training: Work on implementation and training efforts for Fertilo use of new customers in clinical centers across Australia, Asia, MENA, Latin America and other jurisdictions. Ensure that clinics are well-equipped to adopt and utilize the product effectively. Provide ongoing customer clinical support and training as needed. Comfortable with 1-4 a quarter international travel depending on the demand.
- On-Site Demonstrations and Support: Conduct on-site product demonstrations, troubleshoot issues, and showcase the benefits of Fertilo to interested clinics.
- Clinical and Research Program Management: Collaborate with research and clinical teams to implement clinical research programs and post market surveillance data collection programs. Oversee data collection, conduct data audits, perform site audits, manage deviation reports, and coordinate clinical activities to drive research success.
- Manage your time & colleagues, time & schedules to ensure all department goals are met and both clinical phase 3 sites as well as all customer sites are supported. Be able to communicate, motivate and keep on track a team of 5 embryologists across US & Europe.
- Work in tandem with the commercial team and feel comfortable selling Fertilo to clinics, being on sales calls, answering prospective customer questions about the impact of Fertilo on their lab operations and protocols. Visit potential customers, give presentations and demonstrations.

- Work with all company C-Suite & VP level team members in our Strategy meetings. Play an important role in growing the company and have the ability to work with senior colleagues across different departments.
- Start date must be within the next 2 months.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in one of the Life Sciences disciplines is required.
- Clinical Expertise: A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a clinical IVF laboratory setting, with proficiency in basic embryology techniques such as oocyte search and identification, denuding/stripping, ICSI, biopsy for PGT-A, and cryopreservation of oocytes and embryos.
- Nice to have: Fluent in Spanish.
Compensation: Competitive. Base + milestone based payments + bonus + commission + stock options package. Forward mobility in the role depending on performance.
