- Competitive Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary package for APHRA registered physiotherapists. On top of this you will receive performance-based bonuses, to ensure you are rewarded for your hard work. What this means is as you grow to become the therapist you love being you could earn upward of $90-100K (base salary starts from $74K).
We are committed to your professional growth. Our internal continuing professional development program will provide you with opportunities for ongoing training and development to help you stay at the forefront of physiotherapy practices.
Our new graduates have an intensive mentoring program over the first 4 weeks so that you can hit the ground running and be confident in your private practice skills and clinical reasoning.
Beyond that you will receive mentoring sessions weekly with a senior clinician and our other young and developing staff.
Join our entire multi-disciplinary team for fortnightly 1.5hour in-house CPD sessions and 40-minute case reviews.
It doesn’t stop there as we offer a $2000 CPD allowance for you to get those highly sought after external CPD training courses under your belt. We will also help support your applications for rural training scholarships when offered by Rural Health West.
Our clinic is top notch and is designed to get people moving. Enjoy large treatment rooms with a training area which includes a wide range of training and resistance equipment as well as Pilates equipment (reformer, barrel, trapeze table, chair). We also invest in assessment technology, like AXIT, so you can find strength in numbers.
