A very well known social services organization is looking for a part time RN Case Manager to join their growing team in the Bronx, NY!

Job Function

Day Shift
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
The position focuses on coordinator of care/case management for individuals and staff training oversight for the provision of care
Documenting individual's status, health needs and follow-up
Attending staff meetings and participating in company functions as needed

Job Requirements

New York State RN License
Experience in direct clinical work with developmentally disabled populations preferred
