Job Description
Field Sales Representative plays a crucial role in promoting the medical services of Memorial Hospitals Group. You will engage with potential partners and organizations in the USA to establish relationships that refer patients to Memorial Hospitals Group for medical treatments. This role is primarily focused on reaching out to local community platforms, business associations and medical institutions.

- Medical or healthcare-related institutions
Qualifications and Skills:
- Currently active in the USA healthcare system in a sales or business development role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and skills.
- At least 5 years of experience in a consultative sales role, preferably in healthcare, medical technology, or related industries.
- New Business Sales: Proven track record in B2B sales, focusing on creating and closing partnerships/deals to achieve revenue targets. Experience in the healthcare sector is a strong advantage.
- Networking and Relationship Management: Strong skills in building and maintaining professional relationships.
- Negotiation Skills: Capable of negotiating and clearly communicating the value proposition of Memorial Hospitals Group.
- Independence and Entrepreneurial Spirit: Self-motivated and able to work independently. Demonstrated ability to set goals, take initiative, and achieve results without constant supervision from the Country Manager.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Willingness to travel
