An exciting opportunity have arisen to join a friendly team, working within the department of Paediatrics. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our busy team.
Successful candidate will provide efficient, effective, and comprehensive administrative support for ward 21 and PAU.
If you have excellent interpersonal skills, good communicator and have a strong desire to provide an efficient, effective, and comprehensive administrative support for the department of surgery then this is the post for you.
Main duties of the job
Duties will include updating patient management systems, answering calls and greeting patients/relatives, preparing notes and supporting the nursing team with all aspects of ward administration such as record keeping, data entry, filing and scanning.
You will need to be able to communicate effectively with all staff members and patients and have a high level of attention to detail.
