𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Engineer at our location in Glyka Nera, Athens.
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for hospital labs, biotechnology labs, IVF labs and in general public sector for health care. The role involves regular communication with clients and colleagues to ensure efficient customer care and satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Understanding customer requirements and providing technical solutions that meet their needs.
- Preparing and delivering technical presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiating and closing sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities through networking and relationship-building.
- Providing ongoing support to clients, ensuring successful implementation and usage of our solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and market conditions.
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sciences with focus on Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineer, microbiology lab assistant
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Negotiation skills
- Relevant experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Driver's license
