Job Overview
We are in search of a seasoned and visionary executive to lead our In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF) division in a remote capacity. This critical leadership position requires a results-oriented individual skilled in advancing our IVF services through strategic partnerships and market development initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Provide overarching strategic guidance and management for the IVF division.
- Formulate and implement business strategies aimed at achieving growth and profitability.
- Supervise clinical trials to ensure timely and successful outcomes.
- Spearhead targeted IVF marketing initiatives in collaboration with the sales team to enhance market penetration.
- Cultivate a high-performance culture that prioritizes excellence and innovation.
- Lead a cross-functional team that includes direct and matrixed reports across Product, Medical, Marketing, and Sales.
- Drive the development of an engaging user experience and comprehensive product roadmap for IVF services.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to broaden the IVF business.
- Initiate market development programs that boost brand awareness and market share.
- Establish and nurture key relationships with stakeholders, particularly C-suite executives of major IVF networks.
- Collaborate with both internal and external partners to elevate service offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure quality service delivery and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications
